Dr. Natallia Rutchanka graduated from Vitebsk State Academy of Veterinary Medecine in 1998 in her native country of Belarus. She came to us from a fast-paced emergency clinic in Michigan and she has been a technician at Leaside Animal clinic since 2010. Dr. Rutchanka has been a practicing veterinarian at our clinic since 2015. She enjoys working with patients and clients to ensure the best possible care, and enjoys continuing education to advance her knowledge and skills.
In her spare time, Dr. Rutchanka is a dedicated rugby and hockey mom, she is the Scout Leader of Toronto 69th Scouts Group, and is a Duke of Edinburg Award Leader. Dr. Rutchanka competes on a trivia team, and speaks fluent Russian. She shares her home with her son, two cats, Goga and Nikita, and her bird, Hamish. Her professional interests include dentistry, dermatology, elective surgeries (including lumps and mass removals), pain management, and the treatment, prevention and control of common diseases.
